Shawn
Book a Session ↓Long exposures, dark skies, and the wilderness after dark.
About Me
Shawn spends his nights finding the darkest sky he can and pointing a camera at it. What started as a way to slow down turned into a genuine practice — chasing new moons, clear forecasts, and low light pollution, one exposure at a time.
He leads small groups out to do the same — part workshop, part expedition, always slower than you'd expect. Whether you're picking up a camera for the first time or just want a guided night under the stars, the goal is the same: get far enough from the noise to actually see it.
Every trip is planned around dark-sky conditions, not convenience — moon phase, cloud cover, and how far the nearest city light is. Bring your own camera or borrow a loaner. No experience required, just patience.
The sky rewards people who wait for it. So let's get out there, let your eyes adjust, and see what's actually above you.
